I like your video. Fast-fashion is built upon the suffering of millions of workers (90% women, many children) in China, Bangladesh, India, Cambodia… workers who have to endure endless shifts for wages below the poverty line. And let's not mention the sexual harassment the young female workers suffer in those sweatshops. We all know about this: the exploitation, the pollution of the air and the waterways, the dissapearance of the Aral sea, the cambodian police beating up textile workers asking for a living wage, the mountains of clothes piling up in land-fills all over the world…. Let's boycott fast-fashion. Let's share, swap, buy second hand, support fairtrade brands… and above all, do we still need more clothes? Javi Caballero (Spain)

I found a sustainable handbag brand called Lily Bloom. So far I've found 2 purses at my thrift store that are of this brand. Lily Bloom makes handbags from a fabric that is made from recycled plastic bottles! Since I don't launder handbags, I'm not super worried that they are made of plastic. It's a cute brand. They have colorful, floral fabrics. 100% recycled polyester.

The items that you picked look incredible on you! But I wouldn't have been able to imagine how they could be brought to life just sitting on the hanger! Can you go through your thought process when thrifting before passing an item up? This is the key to thrifting!

Wow, I LOVE that puffy jacket that you got from tentree. I looked to see if it was still up but didn't see it. Do you know if it's still up and I might of just missed it??

I love your fashion sense, very sustainable yet stylish and looks amazing on you. Everything from your amazing outfits to your beautiful nose ring. I know I compliment your nose ring a lot but it looks gorgeous.

can you talk about how you sanitize second hand clothing? do you wash them separately before the first wear or do you throw them in with your other laundry? thanks so much!

I totally went out and bought David’s toothpaste because i (needed a new one) and I loved the idea of recyclable toothpaste tube. I did swap brands of bamboo toothbrushes to the one you recommended also because my old one had plastic bristles and wasn’t organic. I also really want to try the mascara you recommended to in the future. Thank you for the inspiration!
